Handy base for 1 night with lovely and good staff with a great receptionist. Marvellous, wonderful location in Oswiecim, just next door to the restaurant next door, a shopping mall and a tourist information office.

It offers excellent service. The family room is huge and has a minibar, climate control, and multi-channel TV.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was unbeatable to krakow station. The staff were more than helpful and smiled at me. The room was quiet and huge with refrigerator, air con, as example for a very positive stay. The breakfast offered fresh bread, eggs, cheese and meats...

Everything exceeded high expectations, I would like to stay longer. It was clean place, stuff where very kind and nice, and I really enjoyed my new-fashioned room. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, I tried hot dishes. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, you can visit a central camp jail by walking. Moreover, the area was pretty nice.

We had a great stay at a hotel that was conveniently located near the historical sights we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is very smart, clean and modern looking. The fridge had two bottles of complimentary water inside the showers are spacious and very powerful. The staff at reception were efficient, friendly and helpful and the restaurant had quite a good menu but you could also opt to eat at several other places along the street. The beds were comfortable enough for one or two nights and everything was spotless.

Most of the staff were very young teenagers with limited English who seemed to be overwhelmed by the presense of foreigners. They spent a lot of time huddled in corners watching us while we ate and giggling like the school girls they clearly were every time we spoke to them. However they were all very pleasant and friendly. The rooms would have benefited from a kettle for tea and coffee and the cooked breakfast was not good but the cold selection was very nice.

Cleanliness & value for money were excellent, location (proxitmity to Auswitz camp) was very good. Breakfast was very tasty & fresh.

A bit too hot & bright in the room.
